The compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide medications offered through Medica Weight Loss are prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounding pharmacies are regulated under state pharmacy boards and, where applicable, federal oversight under sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
